New York’s Greta Kline has been cranking out lo-fi releases over the last few years under a number of different aliases. But this spring, she released her debut full-length, Zentropy, as Frankie Cosmos—her first recording with a band.
Kline specializes in honest, personal tunes, with deliberate and clever lyrics reminiscent of K Records. A couple of weeks back on her East Coast tour, Kline and the band stopped at the Wilderness Bureau to play some of those honest tunes—“Birthday Song” and “On the Lips”—and help us throw an unbirthday party.
Zentropy is available now from Double Double Whammy.
